PRIVATE EVENT Paint & Sip with Alpacas

Service Description

* Please do not book this service if you haven't been forwarded this link by a host* This is a private event that was setup by request* Please look for public events that do not have the word "private" in the title or contact us directly to book your own event* Come join us for our introductory paint with alpacas event and create an intimate portrait of your very own fuzzy alpaca as they model right beside you! This class will be taught by Geneva from "Phantasia Studio" who also teaches middle school art class! Space is limited so book through our website today! This event is weather permitting since we will be outdoors, where the alpacas will be freely roaming around us while we paint. If the weather is inclement, we will set a reschedule date. -2.5 hour step-by-step session explaining how to paint these adorable animals while also being able to pet & feed them along the way. NO SKILLS required! You CAN do this! (*feed buckets will be available for purchase) -Digital photo op with your painting and the alpaca included. -Paint materials provided. - Complimentary first glass of wine -Must pre-register at least 24 hours in advance. -May bring own food and drinks. BYOB (of course for anyone 21+) and we will even have CAF logo wine glasses available for purchase for you to use during the event! - Space is limited since we are a small farm so please make every effort to ride together if possible. Private Event Cancellation policy: 50% down payment required at time of booking and rest is due within 48 hours of event time. If cancelling within 2 weeks from date of booking, 100% refund of deposit will be returned. If cancelling 1 week from event, 50% refund of deposit will be returned. If cancelling less than 1 week from event, no refund of deposit will be returned.

Cancelation Policy

Farm Tour Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations up until 24 hours before your scheduled visit with a full refund. Please contact us directly to cancel. If cancelling within 24 hours, your amount paid will not be refunded and no reschedules will be permitted. No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. If arriving more than 15 minutes past your booking time, we reserve the right to not be able to offer you a tour/full tour. with no refund.If owner cancels due to inclement weather we will offer you the opportunity for a credit or to reschedule for a later date. Paint & Sip Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations up until 72 hours before your scheduled visit with a full refund. Please contact us directly to cancel. If cancelling within 72 hours, your amount paid will not be refunded and no reschedules will be permitted.No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes past event time as that will delay the group, we reserve the right to not be able to allow to you to enter event if late and there will be no refund. If owner cancels due to inclement weather we will offer you the opportunity for a credit or to reschedule for a later date.
